I’ve seen this car (on the left) twice in the area. I saw it coming up from behind and at first thought it was a Scion tC, but it isn’t. The badge threw me. Its a roundel with a capital “T” with a downward arrow point.

Hyundai Tiburon most likely with Tuscani badges.

It’s a Hyundai Tiburon. The badge is a KDM model badge.

It’s a KDM Tyte Hyundai Tiburon. I see them all the time with “Toscani” badges.

I posted the same question a year or two ago - there was one parked in front of my building ... pushed all my buttons b/c I could not figure out what it was. Let me see if I can find the photo.

Hyundai Tiburon. Hyundai has a thing for individual model badges.

I liked the Tiburon since it was a pretty cheap entry into a decent looking FWD coupe, but models that have survived really look like they’ve had a hard life. I used to see a lot of these but not so much anymore. I really think the look was all it had going for it, and I think it was pretty decent looking except for one generation that had these four small headlights instead of two large ones, like a reverse Corvette with no power and no America.
Still, at least its death gave us the Genesis which I think was a decent first effort at a RWD sports coupe.

Here we go - this thing drove me crazy until a fellow Oppo decoded it.

Thanks! I recall the old funky looking Tiburons. The badge threw me for a loop.

Cheap FWD cars that pretend they’re sporty tend to get a hard life. Just look at every Honda coupe ever made.
